Privacy Policy
1. Who we are (data controller)
Connectiva Consulting Limited, Ayias Sophias Street 7, 8220 Chloraka, Cyprus, is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website.
If you have any questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time by email at jarmila@connectiva-consulting.com.
2. What personal data we collect
This website is deliberately kept simple and privacy-friendly. We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising cookies or embedded social media feeds.
Personal data is only processed in the following cases:
- Contact by email: when you use the contact form on this website, your own email application opens with your message pre-filled. The message is only sent once you send it from your email application. We then receive the data you provide there — typically your name, company, email address, the topic of your enquiry and the message itself.
- Server log files: like virtually every website, our hosting provider technically processes data such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type and requested page when the website is delivered. This data is used only for the technical provision and security of the website. Hosting provider: IONOS.
3. Purposes of processing and legal bases
We process personal data only for the following purposes and on the following legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):
- Responding to your enquiries: to answer your questions and prepare or perform a possible contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
- Communication and business administration: to maintain business contact with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in professional communication).
- Technical provision of the website: to deliver this website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a functioning website).
4. Retention of data
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose — for example, for as long as we correspond with you about your enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of any subsequent business relationship. Beyond that, we retain data only where we are legally required to do so (for example, statutory retention obligations), after which it is deleted.
5. Recipients and processors
We only share personal data with service providers who support us in operating this website and our email communication, and only to the extent necessary:
- Hosting provider: IONOS (IONOS SE, Saarbrücken, Germany) — used for the technical provision of this website.
- Email provider: Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited) — used for our business email and calendar communication.
- Form provider: none — the contact form on this website does not transmit data to any third-party service; it only opens your own email application.
- Analytics and tracking providers: none — we currently use no analytics or tracking services.
6. International data transfers
Our hosting provider IONOS operates this website within the European Economic Area (EEA). Our email provider Google Workspace processes email and calendar data primarily in Google Cloud regions within the EEA. Where personal data is nevertheless transferred to a country outside the EEA without an adequacy decision, this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, for US recipients certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, that framework.
7. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR, which you can exercise at any time by contacting us at the email address above:
- Right of access (Art. 15) — to receive information about the personal data we process about you.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) — to have inaccurate data corrected.
- Right to erasure (Art. 17) — to have your data deleted.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Right to data portability (Art. 20).
- Right to object (Art. 21) — to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
For Cyprus, the competent supervisory authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (https://www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
9. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when our technical setup changes. The version published on this page is always the current version.
